All members of the public must wear an acceptable face covering/mask prior to entering a POPA FCU branch. POPA FCU reserves the right to refuse entry if the requirement is not followed. Request for accommodations include: (1) curbside member service; (2) phone, online, and mobile banking; (3) fee-free CO-OP Network ATMs.

Our Monterey Park Branch is reopening on Monday, June 29th. Please schedule your in-branch appointment online or, by calling us at (800) 369-7672. Per protocol and privacy reasons, POPA FCU will not confirm the health status of employees or communicate about our employees’ health at any time.

POPA FCU has learned that an employee from our Monterey Park Branch has come in close contact with someone that has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The close contact of the employee received positive results of this test on 6/19/2020. We are notifying you that you may have potentially been exposed to COVID-19 and you should contact your healthcare provider and/or your local public health department for guidance and any possible actions to take based on individual circumstances.
We will be closing our Monterey Park Branch location starting Tuesday, June 23rd for up to 14 consecutive days, depending on additional information provided. During this closure, we will be performing a deep cleaning of our branch facility as a safety precaution. Please check back on our website for new updates.
You can access your account remotely or you can make an in-branch appointment online with our other branch locations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Effective April 16, 2020 – All essential businesses operating within LA County (with the exception of Long Beach and Pasadena) requires all members of the public entering our facilities/branches to wear a face covering during their time in there (California Health and Safety Code Sections 101040, 101085, and 120175). What this means: All members visiting a POPA branch location are required to wear a face covering (covers nose and mouth) prior to entering. We will not be able to assist members not wearing acceptable face coverings. Homemade cloth face coverings are acceptable. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our members, and for our employees. Effective immediately, we are limiting the number of members inside our branches as part of our social distancing practice and response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Members are highly encouraged to conduct transactions online, by phone, and/or CO-OP Network ATM. Branch visits should be reserved for essential and time-sensitive business only.
All “walk-in” applications (new accounts, loans, account updates, etc.) will be redirected to our POPA Dispatch Center via phone. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time.
