Effective April 16, 2020 – All essential businesses operating within LA County (with the exception of Long Beach and Pasadena) requires all members of the public entering our facilities/branches to wear a face covering during their time in there (California Health and Safety Code Sections 101040, 101085, and 120175). What this means: All members visiting a POPA branch location are required to wear a face covering (covers nose and mouth) prior to entering. We will not be able to assist members not wearing acceptable face coverings. Homemade cloth face coverings are acceptable. Visit County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health for additional information.

Please call (800) 369-7672 to schedule an appointment with the branch nearest you. We will continue to monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members as needs arise.
We are here to serve and assist our members remotely over the phone or via electronic services. Please call us and we can guide you through your transactions and other processes.

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our members, and for our employees. Effective immediately, we are limiting the number of members inside our branches as part of our social distancing practice and response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Members are highly encouraged to conduct transactions online, by phone, and/or CO-OP Network ATM. Branch visits should be reserved for essential and time-sensitive business only.
All “walk-in” applications (new accounts, loans, account updates, etc.) will be redirected to our POPA Dispatch Center via phone. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time.
