With the new upgrade to Online Banking & Bill Pay from POPA Federal Credit Union, you’ll experience greater time savings and ease of use. The upgrade adds to the features you’ve come to rely on in POPA Online Banking & Bill Pay. You’ll have more freedom to enjoy life thanks to the enhanced convenience, savings and security of the upgraded services. This new upgrade is tentatively set for October 8, 2013. What to expect with the new POPA Bill Pay upgrade:
- Your current Bill Pay payment history will not be available within your upgraded Online Banking & Bill Pay account, so make note of the records that are important to you. On October 8th, each payment that processes will record in your new Bill Pay payment history.
- All of your payees and any scheduled payments will carry over to the new system.
- Bill Payments: You will have until Thursday, October 3rd to schedule any bills to be sent out on your current bill pay account. Between October 4th and October 7th you will not be able to schedule new payments and payments will not go out until October 8th.
- More details and a demo will be provided as we approach October 1st, so check our website for updates.
- Your current Online Banking will end October 7th and you will need to re-register and pick a new username, password and challenge questions
Online Banking Upgrade Features Include:
- New Financial Management module that allows you to view your account information easily and is completely customizable to how you want to view it and track your financial information (Monthly Income & Expense, Categories, Budget, Net Worth, Cash Flow, etc.)
- Navigational Ease & Updated Features – You can sort information several ways: by Date, Category, Merchant, Amount, All Transactions, Small Transactions under $100, Large Transactions, and much more!
- Re-Order Checks
- Stop Payments
- Block Debit/ATM cards
- Alerts – Set up alerts by Transactions, Balances, etc.
- Set Budget Goals
- Search allows to put in a Keyword, Date or Dollar Amount
- Transfer to another POPA Account or Schedule Transfers
- Apply for a Loan
- Loan Advance – Applies to VISA® only
- Upload your financial documents
