If you want to make your loan payments using your account from another financial institution, we offer several options.

Web Payment Portal ($7.00 convenience fee) – can be made with your account number or debit card from an outside Financial Institution. To use this service, you’ll need to register or use Express Pay for a one-time payment. (Convenience Fee is not applied on VISA® or HELOC payments only)

• If making your payment using Express Pay, you’ll need your POPA member number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For the outside financial institution, you have the option to use your routing and account number or, utilize your debit card.

• If registering for the first time, you’ll need your Date of Birth, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your POPA member number. Maximum payments are $7,500.00 from a checking or savings account and $607.00 from a debit card.

All payments received before 5:00 pm (PT) will be credited on the same day. Payments made after that cutoff time, weekends or, holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returned payments due to non-sufficient funds, incorrect account information, or closed account are subject to a $15.00 fee.

Make A Loan Payment with POPA Online Banking

Please remember that any loan payments made from a POPA account are free and simple to make using online banking. Please log in to Online Banking to access your POPA account.
