Utilities Support

  • Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP): (800) DIAL-DWP (342-5397).
  • Southern California Edison (SCE): (800) 655-4555.
  • AT&T: Is offering unlimited data, talk, and text with AT&T in affected areas through February 15th. For more information, visit their website.
  • Verizon: Is waiving all call, text, and data charges for customers in affected areas through January 18th. (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties). Free WiFi and charging stations at Oxnard College, El Camino Real Charter High School, and Westwood Recreation Center.
  • T-Mobile: Is providing unlimited talk, text and data to T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile and Assurance Wireless customers in areas impacted by the wildfires.
