We strive to keep our members informed about their financial activities. That's why we're introducing a new SMS text messaging service as part of our enhanced communication campaign. You can expect to receive messages regarding:

  • Payment reminders and past due loan notifications

What is SMS Text Messaging?

SMS (Short Message Service) is a simple, fast way for us to communicate directly with you through your mobile device. You may receive text messages from us using the short code 77376. Short codes are 3- to 6-digit numbers used for sending and receiving SMS messages, offering a quick way to get important information, directly to your phone.

What to Expect from SMS Text Messages

 

  • Loan Payment Reminder Notifications
    We understand that life can get busy. To help you stay on top of your finances, you may receive text reminders about past due loan payments. 

  • Who Will Send the Texts?
    The text messages will be sent from 77376. This is our dedicated short code for communicating directly with our members, ensuring you can trust the messages you receive from this number. See example below.

  • Contact Information and Payment Links
    Each message may include the following information:

  • You may call 833-976-0552Monday through Friday, 5 am – 9 pm and Saturday, 7 am – 4 pm Pacific Standard Time for assistance. The reminders will be sent based on the amount of time your loan(s) are past due. (5-29 days)

  • A direct link to our Web Payment Portal for easy online payments: POPA FCU Payments Portal
